Het Landingsgestel ( int. co-production Guinee)
Het Landingsgestel was a show produced by Het Waterhuis in 2004. Working together with musicians and dansers from Conacry(Guinee) they told the true story about two boys who hide in the landinggear of a plan, to reach Europe. When they arrived in Brussels their bodies where found frozen to death. They carried a letter to “Those who are responsible for Europe”. Het Waterhuis went back to Guinee to find the reasons and story behind this tragedy. Direction: Kees van Loenen. End-direction and setdesign: Roel Twijnstra. Script: Kees van Loenen.
